Tulum Part3, "Sian Ka'an - Biosphere Reserve" Tour

The "Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve" is one of the world's largest natural reserve, its name means "where the sky is born" in the language of the Mayan people who once inhabited this region. It's located in a place where Jungle, marshes and a large marine section with a barrier reef all meets. One of the most untouched and pure place I've ever been in this planet.

We walked inside the jungle ( foreground ) to get to the dock further down to take the boat tour around the lagoon..

We took a tour with only one more couple from Rome that day. Getting wet in a fast boat ride.

A man-made building in the middle of lagoons. It was originally built around 900AD in order to prevent any outsider to invade.

Tulum Part2, Cycling to Grand Cenote

We cycled about an hour to get to Grand Cenote, a limestone sinkhole that reach a vast network of underground rivers and streams in the Yucatan, may have been formed by a comet that wiped out the dinosaurs 65 million years ago.

Water is extremely clean and cold, you can swim with tons of small fish and some turtles.

From outside of the Cenote. It's about as deep as 2-story house below the ground to the surface of water, and some part goes up to 10mm depth.

Tulum, Mexico Part 1

I took my mother to an exotic town called Tulum, 2 hours south of Cancun, Mexico.
Our Cabanas, right behind them was the beach.

Scandinavian Breakfast in Berlin

Muesli with yogurt, topped with a variety of fresh fruits and toasted almonds (above), assorted cheese and meat plate, which comes with baguette and olives (below).  Completed with a large cup of Milchkaffe (cafe latte).

This is their typical dishes for the breakfast. The taste of freshness ( yes, indeed.), and friendly with our wallet. I envy Berliner's lifestyle.
