Makko Exercise（真向法）are a sequence of 6 breathing exercises which both stimulate and encourage the flow of energy in your body.  They can be used alongside Shiatsu sessions, as a tool for your own well-being.

Photo above, is from "make love" after party at Japan society's new film series "Love will tear us apart" opening night.  A variety of guests showed up in a dress code of wearing red or pink.  Great way to enjoy the Spring season.  If you're in a mood for some exotic and sexy movie, this is the right place to be.

Collaborators

This is going to be my first editing work!!!  I am editing a short dance film, in collaboration with Mayuna Shimizu (Blue Muse Dance), Hikota, Ron Patane, and Makoto Yoshida.  It will premier on March 7th, 2012 at  Dances Made to Order.
